I like this! I think it's much better. I also like Scott's crop, but I can see why you'd consider it too narrow. I think that depending on where it was used (e.g., a graphic in a larger project), it might be cool. But I can see that this picture as a stand-alone probably looks best with a more traditional framing ratio.

maybe you?re right, it?s too much black. but scott?s cut is too narrow! i?ve made this, dividing the picture horizontally in 3, we have trees, reflection and black. the first one is divided in 2 (trees and reflection, black).

Interesting. My first reaction (after "wow, cool shot") was to consider whether it would look better if cropped. I don't love the large amount of black space in the front of the photo, and I think that the crop I like best here is the narrow one that Scott suggested.
What's really eye catching about this photo is the bright contrast between the lights and the green trees against such a dark background that even the buildings behind the trees are hardly noticeable.
The sharpening is not bad here. If you took this at night, hand-held, I'm not surprised you had a little blur.

i thought about it, but i liked how the reflections disapears and the black take place, in a way that you almost cannot see if the reflection continue or its just impression. anyway, there?s this other photo:
