Hi Lily,
This was a very painstaking task. Each version took around 6 hours to complete. Thank you for your suggestion about the pony tails and T-shirts, this is a very good idea and one which I shall definately keep in mind. Regards......Phil

Fantastic picture! Beautiful family. Great job extracting the profiles. I like the previous version as well. Having everyone wear a crewneck tshirt might make things easier on you in PS. Females putting their hair up in ponytails is another. Was the selecting of each person from the background painstaking? I use PS's extract function but not very happy with results.
