Thanks for you comments, I appreciate your advice on the Mark II purchase as well. I haven't had the chance to go and look into the L series lense.

Blur be damned, this is a great shot!
We fight on so many levels! We have a phrase over here, mostly used over quabbles at football games, "hand-bags at dawn", I think this would qualify!

I think the blur is fine and adds to the effect of movement in this image.
