The beautifully textured rippling sand entices the eye to look further, but it leads to shadows and dark silhouettes. Then on to a clear blue sky. A very poetic image. The diagonals, the textures and colours make up a very nice and dramatic image Margaret

Eric I agree with Alastair with regards to this image. It's awesome and he's right about the angle. I also like the way the silhouetted mountains or dunes add to this image. Excellent work. Defiantly a treasured image you have here.

Great shot Eric. Love the colours and the patterns of the sand. I think you chose the perfect angle to take this from to maximise the effect of the sand ripples. Beautiful colours in the sky too. One to be proud of....
