About	15 miles along the turn off for Glen Etive is an unnamed lochan surrounded by dense clumps of rhodedendron and dotted with islands with similar vegetation. It is an irresistable scene in early Summer when the rhodedendrons glow pink against green. I love Autumn too, peak colour contrasts with the green vegetation but it was the glorious cloud patterns on the distant buchaille that makes it one of my favourite mountain shots to date. Oustanding landscape photo Ian, the colours and level of detail are just fantastic.

I wonder if you have thought about submitting this to the Scottish Tourist board ? This would not look out of place on the front cover of their holiday guides let alone the inside pages !!
