From my front yard... Okay so ... I had no idea what to name this picture then remember the Jack London story about the man who, freezing to death in the Klondike, so carefully builds a fire beneath the sheltering branches of a pine tree and lights it with his very last match... only to have the snow fall from above and smother it, dooming him to an icy death.
It was a beautiful sunny day when I took this, but the image came out a bit too cool for me, so I warmed it up a bit. Not sure if it's better or worse, but I like it.
