Wonderful shot, Mark. I have tried fireworks shots a few times in the past myself, but the outcome was unsatisfactory so far. I really like the way you have "framed" the image.

Beautiful Shot, I love the effect you get with a slow shutter speed. Its so neat to see people from omaha on here...my father is from coucil bluffs Iowa! He spent most of his youth in omaha...(in canada now) Thanks for your comments!

Great shot here, Mark! Those fireworks, a very good subject themselves, look terrific with the city in the foreground! Good work! Thanks for your comments, I'm just getting caught up after New Year's, a snowstorm etc. Dave.

The joyful atmosphere of the New Year is still well captured by you, Mark, in this beautiful photo. The fireworks came out spledid! Thank you for your comprehensive and friedly comment on my "Autoportrait reflected in train-door." Best regards, Rafi

This is another great fireworks shot Mark. The composition is wonderful. The buildings in the foreground give scale to the fireworks. The frame goes well with the picture. Nicely done! Larry
