Very creative idea. Been toying with the idea of sheets to use also but wonder about the wrinkles... now I will play and see what comes of them. She's cute all the same. Is this your sisters?

She's my friends niece, we were babysitting today. For the lighting I used my 220 EX flash and 2 spot lights overhead. The background was a blanket on the couch.... no real planning there, I just wanted white so I could see the shadows better and eliminate them by moving the lights around.

Hey Steve - cute shot. I've been looking at a lot of the children shots on here that I love and a lot of people seem to use the 28-135 lens (guess what I'm looking for now...). I haven't looked at anything other than the kid shots since that's my primary interest so let me know what you think too. In this, she might have too much lighting since she's so fair - what did you use? Maybe a darker background? I use my walls a lot with Skylar (we have a deep red and a navy wall that I like better than the white with her). Just some thoughts. It's so cute though! Who is this?
