Ryan, I agree with some of the comment here, your vison is great and I see what a wonderful subject this could be. I'm a big fan of available light photos at night / dusk and you have a real talent for this type of subject. The really long exposure blurred out the water reflection of the bridge a little too much for me as well it was the first thing I noticed when I viewd the image. Still a great photo, very nice composition with both foreground and background interest. -MM

love the big heavy strong bridge and then the green way off, love the way you used the reflection to complete the picture. Also feels like looking thru a kaleiscope.

I disagree with Justin, I think the use of sharpness and blur is very well done, your portfolio is excellent. The only changes I would make on this subject would be to try again with a wider angle lens to capture both ends of the bridge and I would tone down the light flair in the background...

I like the color and composition of this shot, but the lack of sharpness in the foreground bothes me a lot. I think that this would benefit from being sharper, from front to back. By lacking the sharpnes or focus, in the foreground, it makes for eye strain.
Thanks for sharing.

You are riding a fine line here; I like this image, but I think it is too busy. I look at this, and I look at the rest of your portfolio, and I see some serious character; I see style and grace in most of your work. You have real talent.
My favorite is 'summer morning' (http://www.usefilm.com/image/629831.html) - I think it is some of your best. But back to this image, I think it is the balance between sharp and blurred that pushes me away from it. Otherwise, I love your ideas, and remember, this is only my opinion. But I think it is the styla and character, not the content, that makes a photograph.
- Justin
