Thanks for your comments. I am not really sure how long the exposure lasted, but as you can see, there is a glare on the nearby railing. The floor was made of wood, and the water was too far away to get a direct light, preferring to just reflect.
The lamps in the foreground have a very low voltage light; they just throw enough light to see by; Unlike other areas of the city, which have higher amount and different types of light.
