Interesting portfolio - very well composed shots. A lot of them seem to be composed of the minimal necessary pieces to make the composition, a very clean and moderism approach to photography.
I really like the toning and overall feel of this work. The contrast could have been brought up to true white, but that would have destroyed the subtle work of the fog around the ship.

I have PS / CS but i thing that I buy others plugins for that effect but go to filters/ creative imagen tools/graduate fog. and this is all, then if you want you can desaturate, God bless you my friend, greetings from Peru

This has such a classic look to it.. and the sepia toning really takes it up another notch.
I don't see the grain you're talking about, but I bet it a larger image it's noticeable.
Beautiful framing and I love the reflection of the boat in the dark, mysterious water.
