Hi, Peter. This is a beautiful fall rose! Love the colors in it. You know I love a lot of your frames, but I have to agree that this one is a little busy and distracts from the beauty of the rose. I like the unframed version better. Thanks for posting it, too!

This is a beautifully colorful flower presented in a very interesting manner. I like the different elements of the framing, but I feel they distract from the beauty of the subject matter.
Personally, I'd like to see this flower with a much simpler background so that it would not be in competition with it's frame.
