Its beautiful, the shot and the star! My first respomse was throw it back! I've never seen a real starfish but I love them! beautiful contrast...ummm shall I say Respect?

Good timing. Nice contrast with the bold red against the pale background. I like the light here and clearness. Looks as though on land, with those sharp shadows. The star itself looks weird and unique. I can't help but think of star with chicken-pocks! lol

You can see 1000s of sea stars every single day in Madagascar and guess what! there is a very big Italian resort in that unexplored and untouched area called Lagona Blue in Andavadoaka... you can also see 10s of endemic species of fauna and flora there.. it will be lovely for the children... Lool, marketing!!!
