Hi Khaled,
First of all, thank you for your nice comment.

Very good title for this image, yes, all SHOULD help in this universal problem. I have to wonder all the time why this isn't being done. Sad...

This image evokes a lot of emotion. Very good representation of a world problem. The black and white, long shadows, the man looking down...
very good image.

Good work,
Lori :)

I love the richness and textures here. I love more, the story you tell with the photo and the descriptions to help my vision. I agree - charity shows great character when done for the good of others.

Now I like this shot because of the great bricks in the background which you obviously knew of when you shot this pic, the texture is so wonderful as well. Good eye Khaled!
I wish the whole world would extend the same effort they do towards war instead to helping those in need, imagine a world where radicals were known for the acts of crazy kindness and over the top campaigns by major superpowers were devoted to work creation. I mean that for all areas of the world, but until then your pics at least bring out the areas many of us seem dtermined not to see.
Now I will end before I infringe upon the random acts of kindness bumper sticker.
Excellant work!

A very moving shot, Khaled. Reminds us that for some, the fast does not always end at sunset. .. In Egypt, like all traditional societies, the poor always retain the basic dignity of being human, because the value of a man is not based on his material wealth. As the God says to mankind in the Koran: verily you are the poor and (only) I am rich!

Excellent composition Khaled, very strong emotional capture, it is really strong, with an insulting message to the humanity, while we spending billions on wars, while we can spend it on our brothers and sisters who are in need.

As usual, perfect, i like the wall as a background, and the B&W in there, very well done and keep up the good work, regards,

This is very touching, very deep, you are sending a message all over the world that Islam is for helping humanity, for peace, not for terrorism and war.

The details are wonderful, the wall shadow, the impression on the man's face, the valuable bread.
In short, it is very near to perfection.

Hello Khaled, i used to have a friend with that name. your image is GREAT!!!, the lines and texture of the wal is wonderful, his pose... lokking down his piece of bread makes it a very strong shot, too sad when all rich countries worries about war and who has more weapons and power than worry about us, people that suffer every day for a piece of bread.

Congrats in this images, it did inspired me a lot.

Regards,

Miguel Torres

A very touching picture Khaled, excellently portrayed in this composite, with the stark lighting and bare yet detailed surroundings. You have defenitly captured the look of depair and humility on this mans face. I like your about, very much and we all need to take care of one another. Alison

ARMANDO ALCÁZAR ARMANDO ALCÁZAR   {K:42404} 10/28/2004
Khaled: Besides being an excellent picture it is a great message for all. before Iwas not believer, but now I am and a lot, the Christianity also teaches us to support the necessity without losing the faith, it is for that reason I believe that God is the same for all the different religions, but with a different face. The truth is that all the religions without exception want the well of the humanity and the nature, but many times for human errors or bad understandings instead of making the well lead to horrible wars: (
I hope that just as you say in your title all of us make something for the people more needful, always for more poor that one would be has something to share with other and many times poor people has give me big lessons of life my dear friend.
That is the good of UF; that all the towns and beliefs finish being friends united by a common liking .
God blesses you and peace would be !! WITH ALL!!
