yeah it does look a bit like a humpback..nice shot. I was in nz three years ago and loved it so am always looking at the nz photos on this site. Thanks for your comments.

I personal only use either a polarized filter to darken up the blue in the sky, a ND (neutral density) filter to cut down on light if needed and a Grad BD (where only half of the filter is doarken) for situation where you want to keep the sky from being overexposed. I would use I Grad ND for this kind of picture.

You really got a great mood going on here. I love how you added the grass in the foreground, really gives you a sence of distance. I think it would have been nice if you used a Grad ND to lighten up the sky and maybe get a just little more light in the foreground. Keep up the good work.
