Dear Donna, thanks for the comment. The original photo is a little bit dark, so I have to use more contrast to emphasize on the poeple. However, you are right about distracting, I think I better erase the electronic lines.The title of the photo, we call the old street "bystreet", Beijing's accent is HUTONG, maybe my wrong translation. There are still some HUTONGs there in Beijing and poeple still keep the traditional life.
The tilt of the photograph is slightly displeasing. The blown out sky in the upper left is distracting. I think I would crop below the blown out sky and retain all the street's life without having any distraction. I like the coloring of the photo and the feel of being part of a busy street scene.
