I think Neal is right on the money (as he so often is!) I like the great sweep of the rocky beach, and that little piece of branch keeps the eye from drifting off into the blue...

That branch in the upper left starts a grand sweeping curve that leads us right down to the beach and to the water. I think it's a masterful composition.
