jeroen thanks for ur valuable comments ,but iwant to draw attention for manners not ground wall, also tilting of manners is nearly horison as it was capitured from low level, at the end i,m very happy for ur precise analysis ,more comments will give good chance to improve my work my best regards ahmed maher
Shame you lost the foreground, had you retained detail there this would be quite a nice image but as it is it's not.
You also seem to have a problem with your horizon, it looks tilted (check the allignment of the minarets, I assume those are supposed to be vertical).
Other than that, quite good composition but remove that streetlight in the lower right corner (not your fault, the small viewfinder of the 10D means you probably couldn't have seen it while composing).
