Gayle, this is cool!!!! I love native american art and culture, hope to go to a powwow sometime here soon, have never been to one, and I really hope time permits me to go. Glad to hear that you and your family are native americans. Again, this is a great shot. Jim Gamble

Dear Gayle,
very good ghost effect. very interesting stuff, although I have to admit that I know the Indian culture mostly by books like from Tony Hillerman. Take care, Thilo

Such wonderful depth in this picture. So indicative of the depth of the history and the depth of the feelings that history engenders. I think the darker tones help to reveal the seriousness of this matter as well. Powerful stuff.

Very ghostlike indeed with the reflections. There is so much spiritualism in the Native American Indians. They had herbal remedies that were unbelievable. My son grew up admiring so many of their customs, that a few years back for his birthday, I ordered him a huge, hand made dream catcher from a tribe in Minnesota. He loves it. I'll get a picture of it and send you one day. You did an excellent job of capturing their essence here. :)

Very nice deep dark earthy tones and glossy ceramic texture. The reflective work is inspired. Spiritual and floating ghostlike as Kevin said. Very creative and rich in heritage, Shameless.
