Documenting I suppose. I too am trying to discover my "style", if that's what you mean. I've been going through and cataloging all the rolls of film I have taken over the years, currently at '97, and I've noticed that up until then at least I've been taking pictures of things I find interesting, without any thought of capturing a feeling, mood or viewpoint. That's the tricky part. I can totally see what you're talking about as far as it looking like an alien playing golf. Alas, it's not possible for me to enjoy all that Marin has to offer anymore. Someday...
From the thumbnail I thought it was an alien playing golf. It's always tricky photographing someone else's art. Are you simply faithfully documenting it or are you injecting it with your own soul/viewpoint? This is something I have to ask myself often with my own work. Keep up the good work and have a burritto for me @ Lucinda's in Tiburon(Mill Valley?).
