Hi Kita, very dynamic image, with alot of tension, motion and appeal. I think the choice for B&W is a good one.... Maybe you could've captured a bit more of the audience in front, as I think it would frame the shot excellently. The pose (guesture) of the man is excellent, as are the light effects. Very good photo, inspiring work!
