Beautiful saturation and capture of motion. I'm torn as I like how you've captured this scene, but at the same time I also feel that there are two photos here that compete with each other. My eye immediately is drawn to the water and follows the river up through your image. The moss covered tree on the left is also a great subject, but it breaks the line created by the flowing river. I think you could take a dedicated photo of either the river or moss covered tree and get an extremely strong image. As is I think they compete, but the image over all is quite pleasing to look at.

Lovely colours as you would expect from Velvia. A little dark along the rocks but still very beautiful.
