I've tried numerous times to do similar things with toys and what not - it was certainly harder for me than you make it look!
I think the square cropping is perfect for the shot. Like the subject it is simple and you've managed to infuse it with an attractive style.

Congrats on the staff choice award. wow I can't believe no comments yet except for mine. OH PLEASE, I know this has to bring back memories for people out there. I can remember my brother as a teen making his own video clips of dino's eating cars and heman characters. LOL ;)hehehhe. This has obviously got people looking; Look how many views. but no comments. :-| where has the childhood in peoples memories gone. Don't they remember when. Isn't that what photography is all about to most of us. What our hearts capture with our cameras. This definetely brought back memories to me. And it sparks out FUN with a creative side. The blur works well here because it gives it that energy a flair of excitement for imagination. It's like you can just imagine the sound of a childs roar of the dinosaur. this is an excellent shot. 7+++++ you deserve the award. congrats again.
