I'm not quite sure what you mean by soft Barry. Maybe It's my failing eyesight, but it looks okay to me. Bare in mind that it was a very dull, overcast day, which doesn't render details as crisp as if they were bathed in bright sunlight.

My previous submission of this photo had a soft focus effect added in photoshop, which looked great on the print, but when sized down for the web, just looked like a bad out of focus image. Here it is to compare
