Ok, Tom, now i don't if this will impress you but you just gotta here what happened just now. i read your nice comment on my image "Madonna child", i thought hmm..gonna check out this guy's work. But before i did that, i posted a quick reply to another comment on Madonna and then of course, i got the post comment screen. Before i could go backwards to click on your name (stay with me, this gets better!) i was distracted by "Abandoned TB Hospital" which appeared under "Photos needing comments"..i clicked on it and whose is it?? YOURS! Gee...kinda gives you the shivers the way things happen sometimes, doesn't it?
Anyway, i so agree with Mark's comment..and what grabs me as especially grim are the nails emerging at different angles from the masonry above the boarded up window along with the double cross at the left. This is very suggestive of the Crucifixion which is somehow further emphasized by the somber woman in the lower left. Wonderfully mysterious image..and NOW i'll click on your name and check your portfolio! Best regards: kat~
