Julie,
Check with Tom for tips on digital long-exposures. This was shot with my FM2n film camera. I was very disappointed with my D100 night shots in Dublin. It was a painful lesson learned. And, yes, I love my orange living room!

Love the texture this image gives. I like the kind of monochromatic colors too. Inspires me to experiment w/long exposures! (& to paint a room that color!!)

Stefan,
This was just a random thing, no subject really. I was just playing around; didn't know what the results would be. I like the colors! Thanks for all your comments.

I thought it was light filtering through a tree at first... I like it although I am a little bit at a loss as to the scene itself :-)

Kaan,
I was shining a flashlight around in a dark room with the shutter locked open. Until I got the film back, I had no idea what it would look like. My living room is actually painted that coppery-gold color. I like your fire better. You've inspired me to try to capture flames. Thanks for looking at my work.

i love the colors, seems your first try is succesfull.
i wish it was sharper though..actually i think there is too much movement so maybe you did it on purpose and i shouldnt blame your wobbly tripod?
congratulations:)

Very well done Susan. The rich warm colours are very attractive.
