Excellent B/W picture and a perfect composition. The low angel of the camera work out well here, sort of bringing the clouds closer. Dramatic.

Tes images sont comme des rêves. Dis moi où est ce champ... je dois y aller!!
Normallement je préfere les compositions droites, mais je dois avouer que l'autre photographie du champ que tu as fait en diagonale est tout à fait propice!
C'est une bonn chose de ne pas avoi oublié le filtre jaune!!! ;) Le ciel est magistral!
Tu as un porte folio extraordinaire. Tu as vraiment beaucoup de talent!!

Hi Paolo, Again one of your excellent B&W Yashica shots. A good print, too, the dark tones are very good. Looking at this print, I presume you printed it yourself? The dodging of the backpack does bring out the details, but it also creates a lighter spot... The dark robe, scarf and backpack make it a difficult subject to expose perfectly. The slight contrast might have been a tad stronger, IMO, but it is subtle, and makes it very intriguing.
The grain is perfect though, it emphasises the atmosphere perfectly, and the composition is exquisite. Great shot!

As I said before, I am a lover of the medium format, and for that reason, I am a lover of your portfolio too.
First of only, very good exposure. I hope this one was printed by yourself. In that case both are great, the exposure and the laboratory work.
Very good use of yellow filter, it works great on the sky.
But what I like mostly the composition. I can feel I am dreaming... the image give us peace, Is a beautiful scene.

Today it is the day of the masterpieces.. I adore the black/white and this is show for my eyes! Perfect the composition and the bilanciamento of the tones.. the field of flowers with a look from the low one that increases the power of the sky! Those cloudy terribly loaded with water! Wooowww IS SUPERB...

"Moody landscape" it is! Very interesting mood, too. The dark, brooding atmosphere is relieved by those unusually bright flowers (perhaps a little judicious dodge and burn helped there?) The clouds still look threatening to me, as if it could pour with rain again at any time. And the figure is enigmatic... makes us wonder what is she thinking. A mysterious picture.
