I really like this shot, it captured my attention right away!

Good glass textures, crisp detail in the patterns, and nice clear colours. What more could you ask for? Hmmm. Well, perhaps a slightly stronger composition? There's nothing inevitable or even strongly convincing about the angle at which the glass is standing, or the play of shadows, or indeed the texture of the surface on which it stands. Although this is good, I think there's an even better picture of your paper weights waiting for you to take it...
