Goooood shot! I like the background and framing by the rocks. The stern expression of the man is perfectly captured, the angle of light on his head is perfect.
I only would've panned down a bit, creating a tad more room below the man. With some level tweaking, I think the colours would become a bit more vivid, "removing" the man a bit from the background, and creating a bit more depth in the photo.
The use of earthy colours is perfect, very good shot,
