This is one of the best night shots I have ever seen. The wet street is a favorite of cinematographers. Night shots almost always include a water truck. It makes for wonderful light reflections.
The overall image gives the feeling that Robert DeNiro should be turning the corner soon.
I also like the wide screen letter box approach in your portfolio.
