Very interesting shot... The anchor's shadow is just like a giant leave, competing for attention with the real vegetation.
I think the crop is perfect... It gives the anchor the opportinity to form an almost perfect 40% diagonal which increases the tension and makes the whole scene to come very much alive.
If one would be obliged to suggest cropping of some sort, I'd go for the small orange flower(leave?) in the right upper corner.
As a deliberate criticism it would be trivial, regarding the merits of the composition.

Nancy--ya did well...honest..I like this a lot..just go back and look at it with the crop a bit lower...You have just a tab tooooo much wall above...crop it to the tip of the anchor...and I swoon at yer work...

Interesting composition. Lots of different textures and subjects makes this an very busy shot. But that does not detract.
