Bill - What I like about this image is what's not there. The cliche's are missing and we are left with a stark, heavy set of columns. The suggestion that some how the Louvre is insignificant in relationship to its being a pillar of civilzation does come to mind. The yellow tones further unsettle us despite the rising of a new day. Very cool. My only fault is where the columns should go and I wasn't there, so I can't really complain! John B
