This pic was taken on a cloudy dark night in STL as a storm was rolling in. I stood below the tower by Union Station and changed the white balance for effect.
Ashley, Nice job of composing the image. You have shown exactly what you set out to show. You could have captured this image vertically, which would have accentuated the tower, while still keeping the clouds in the sky. though the image is a bit soft, it adds to the effect you were trying to achieve and you did a great job of holding your camera still for the long exposure.
