The coloring is a little haphazard. I instantly look to see if the coloring is overflowing from the edges of the flower and they are. I'm also seeing that there are gaps in your brush strokes. In addition some areas of your flower are not as evenly colored. Using masks in PS or an equivalent software program you'd be able to more distinctively color your photo. I never know if it's appropriate or not but check out "Standing Out" in my portfolio. I'd be happy to share some tricks with you if I can. Compositionally your colored flower is dead center as well. I don't think that is ideal, but everyone is different. Tulips always seem to look so much better with of their stem photographed.
