I think I mostly agree with Megan, though I wouldn't be as harsh. In any case, I appreciate your comments on 1-2 of my shots, except that you didn't deliver your criticisms very constructively. Telling someone--essentially--that "This sucks; try again" isn't very generous. If you're going to tutor/teach, I hope you sprinkle your criticisms with a little praise too. Regards.

this is interesting but even silhouettes should have a ful tonal range. sometimes not but if you're going for stark contrast make it extreme like you meant it, so it's obvious. this just looks like a horrible exposure.
