i think that the typography add a very strong feeling to this photograph.. i've been comparing both -with and without the text- for a while and i found that writing the name give me the impression of very high self-esteem.. while the other one "comparing to this one" is somehow empty without the text..

I think this is great, it has a very album cover look to it. I love the pose and light on his face.

really cool shot of this gu, great lightning and contrast and I like the eminem pose.....BUT....I just have to admit that the typography does not really add to the shot, it makes it somehow cheap....sorry to say.... I have to look at yer portfolio after to see yer selfportraits because im also into doing selfportraits;)..
