Kosti I really like this photo...The meaning conveyed (nothing abstract but "concrete" symbolism) the mood (oh... the mood...), the grain and the shadows all fit to create a revelation...
I also like the details... the window (though I would prefer to see the whole of it) the game with the light in captivity and the base which seems to be floating into "e-turn-ity" but still a base....with a shadow...

I love Scarpa.
The thing is I had only seen his work in books with washed out and 'perfect' magazine photos.
Here you captured his real essence.
The window, the light, the stucco and the statue say all there is to it.
