HI Jeff,
Nice image, good color tones and well composed; However i have following thought;
If the ship is your main object it is a bit under exposed. If the main object is the sailboat then I wouldn't crop top of the mast.
Still a good one!

A bit tightly cropped, but I a very well exposed shot, Jeff! I like the contrast of the old steamer and the sloop with the buildings in the background. Very good lighting, well done!
