I like the picture, the flowers, but not the political meaning of them... Yes,Magalhães is his portuguese name, then gringos did not could pronounce that and change to Magellan...Could be worst, sometimes they believe he is spaniard...He was the man to first cross that gate ,with his name and almost did all the trip around the world, died at the last hour.He was a MAN. Dear lena, Very nice composition. Blur background is very expressive here(may be more than front side) Both blur photo and books.Say flowers are detail of shot. I think,less lighting on the flowers would be better (or side lighting). But I like all. My best regards to my friend.
