About i think the shutter was held to long i wish i would have did like 1/30 or something cuz i think it would look better darker and the lady less blurry but tell me what you think

nice shot - i like the effect of the blur on the lady.. and i think the exposure time has worked perfectly for the colour.. it's almost eerie and very emotive. i think the subject placement works here because the light pole would draw your attention to the centre anyway.

i'd keep it like this! Happy New Year.

I like the motion blur. It's very moody and the lighting is evocative.
My only criticism is that the composition is too "centered". Next time try putting your subject off to one side a bit. Overall this is a great image though!
