I like this very much. I think I agree with Chris though on the crop- even though I hate to suggest something like this. The first three birds form such a strong image that the other two distract.
Great photo euther way though.

Barbara,
I think you have a nice image here but what I would suggest is to crop out the two brids in the back and just have the three up front. You will still have you DOF your after but without the ones in the background getting lost in the image.

Very nice image. Good choice of DOF. I think I would have preferred a little more space on the right to balance the composition and because I think the "out of line" guy adds to the subtle humor. Also, a small thing but the ?dust speck distracts a little and could be PS'd out easily.
