I think its a bit too red, and there is no catchlight, but the composition and expression are very strong.

As Barry points out, for me a catch in her eye would have added a lot to this. Without it, the eye looks flat. My eyes keep going from the highlights on the pearls to her eye and wondering why there's no light there. Hope that makes sense. :)
