I like the way Barbara composed a relaxed and well balanced shot with a very simple subject. A good use of the light mark a soft passage from the left to the right, from dark to light. What is peculiar is the broken wood in the fence, which i see as contrasting the quite and relaxed mood of the lighter part of the picture. Very good

Barbara, I love the composition of this image. Color and detail are excellent. For some reason, which I don't quite understand, the hole where the broken slat is seems to keep pulling my eye back to it, I'm not sure the image would be as good if that one slat was not broken. Just some random thoughts. Excellent Work!! ray w.
