About It\'s like a mini painting somehow with these clouds - they are almost unreal like in Rennaisance paintings -- i did not want to show this image but a friend saw the print today and liked it .. so here it is .. i don\'t alway write what the camera is because it\'s not always important - though i love holding the camera and have relationship to it/with it - it\'s the image in the end that matters - still the process is wonderful too and in this case it is holding a small box with a pinhole in it and 120 film within .. color works nice here because it is a detail added in such images - soft images - without fine detail like a lens gives .. the color is another element of the image that gives it \"content\" -

Pinhole vignetting taken to new heights -- interesting shot. What is that strange thing in the lower left corner?

yes, here it is - and I like it too. From the darkness to the light. Move on!

That is so incredible, I did not realize the vignetting was directly from the camera - how cool. The color is so vivid and those clouds are hysterical. I am loving the new view through the pinhole

fabulous, SIR!
This is the second color shot I've seen from this camera and I've loved them both. The vignetting here combined with the slightly surreal color just sends it over the top. Wonderfully composed (surprised? NO!). Of course I love the square, and you have a great sense of it.

John, I can't find the exact word to describe the colour in this...it has a surreal feel to it, and I agree about the clouds. They are also perfectly 'placed' for this composition. It is beautiful to see what that camera 'sees'.

Yep. The print just isn't done justice on this screen. The print is almost 3-d, with the clouds popping right off the sky...still amazing to me that this shot had no work done to it...no vignetting, color, etc., and it just came out of the camera looking this beautiful. Will ya look at that blue!
