If this was a bit more sharper it would have been a majestic wildlife image!

Great lines and DOF. Wish the bird was a little sharper (harsh contrasty light on white feathers is pretty tough).

The egret seems to like you better than me . . . I can never seem to get close enough, even with some powerful glass. Egrets are also a challenge to preserve detail in the feathers as they tend to be overexposed when averaged into the background mix. Yes, a catchlight in the eye would be nice, but you can't have everything.
