to me this would have had more impact without so much light. i do like the arch though but not about the traffic,
i like how in trasit removed the traffic things..
nice idea.. :)

Nice shot, I like the metal structure, it's very curious and interesting and it adds a nice look to the image, only the triangle in the upper left corner is a bit distracting. You can't rate my photos because I'm not interested of ratings, but only receiving comments and sometimes useful suggestions or observations (as yours ;) ). Bye Max

The combination of the State House and the Arch is essentiall good...
but there is a slight slant... and then the signs, light standards, and the vehicles are distracting... although they are part of the scene...
IMO you could do some work with this one... here is a 1 minute fiddle...
