Hi Dan,
I have to agree with Suzanne, this would look much better with the background blurred. Otherwise this is a great shot, composition is excellent and the colors and lighting are right on! Reminds a little of the butterfly shot I captured in my portfolio. Well done!

Yes i did use a flash on this, a simple one built into the camera, at first I thought it was a little harsh but on second look decided I liked the effect. Thanks everyone for your comments.
