About When Scott embarked on his epic and ultimately tragic expedition, he set sail from Cardiff and this sculpture stands as a memorial to him and his men who died in their effort to cross the South Pole. set amidst the flourishing Cardiff Bay it is a fitting and attractive addition to this part of the city.
