Oh, yes, that shadow area is not good. I have not been printing in my darkroom because it is under repair. When we give negatives to labs process, it seems they never know what is a good contrast.
Well the print copy is so and it is a pity.
But what I really love is that when I ask Carol to make an expression so, so or so she understand me and makes it wonderfully.

I really think Carol is your best subject.
I like the blur effect, but not so much that strong difference between the part in shadow and the other in light, even if I know, this is your way. In this case I find they leave many details off.
