Dear Sin Vida Padre, This is just a portrait and not a filimy/stage expression. Anyway thanks for your comments.

No problem with monitors will cause portions of an image to look out of focus. May be it's movement? Just noticed the shutter speed. He and the air in the room must have been incredibly still for that to work. Could also be the presence of his glasses since we are seeing the eyes through the spectacle lenses. Notice how the forehead is super sharp but the eyes definitely are not.

In any case, even at f/8, there is a finite depth of field for acceptable magnification and the actual depth of field will depend on the camera-to-subject distance.

Rawabi Al-Nuaimi and Amitava Banerjea both of you have commented the picture as out of focus. For your information this picture was shot using a tripod with f 8.0 as the diaphram, as you know f8.0 is the maximum aperture in G3. I wonder how you are commenting the picture as out of focus. Is there some other problem in your monitor??.

Great lighting, expression, and detail. Agree with the cropping suggestions. Also, focus doesn't seem to be on the eyes.

Very nice image. Sharp eyes of a photographer and that silvery beard, GOSH - how does he eat with those. Well done.

Very nice shot, although the cropping and framing could be better, imho.
Regards, Leo.
